Chocolate Making Weekend - £160 Per Person
(WEEKEND INCLUDES A 2 COURSE GASTRO MEAL & 175ml GLASS OF WINE)
Your Accommodation:
Two nights bed & breakfast at St Micks "Party" hotel which is centrally located to the beach and vibrant town centre. All hotel rooms are ensuite with single beds, and full English & continental breakfast is included both mornings. St Micks also has a fully licensed late night bar along with several leisure facilities. Parking is complimentary along with Wifi in all communal areas of the hotel.
Friday Evening:
We have a two course Gastro Meal lined up in One of Bournemouth’s finest outlets. You have a choice of Starter and Main Course or swap the Starter with a Dessert. You will even get a complimentary drink included. Your choice of drink can be a 175ml of Blossom Hill red, white or rose wine, J20, Smirnoff & coke or choice of draft larger.
Saturday Daytime:
Our experienced chocolatier starts with a fascinating discussion about the history of chocolate and production process from bean to bar. You will then be shown how to create delicious Belgian truffles by hand from raw chocolate ingredients. Under expert guidance you will learn how to mix, pipe, cut, shape, coat, decorate, and finally package your very own delicious Belgian truffles.
You will leave the chocolate workshop with between 30 to 50 Belgian truffles to indulge in, or show off to friends and family! Also included is a live and interactive demonstration on how to temper chocolate.
Friday & Saturday Evening:
You will have access to Bournemouth’s top night clubs, bars and casinos with queue jumps, complimentary drinks and more! Your credit card sized VIP pass is also valid for 12 months after your weekend away in 28 different locations across the UK.
